Michael J. Paleudis

Michael Paleudis is a partner at Korngut Paleudis LLC. Mr. Paleudis focuses his practice on alcoholic beverage law, contract matters, and real estate law. He brings to his hospitality and alcoholic beverage law practice years of hands on experience in the hotel, restaurant, and bar industries. For more than fifteen years Mr. Paleudis worked in all areas of the hospitality industry performing both front and back of the house functions. As an attorney, Mr. Paleudis has represented bars, restaurants, hotels, wine stores, liquor stores, package stores, microbreweries, wineries, cideries, distilleries, alcohol importers and wholesalers, delis, and grocery stores.

Mr. Paleudis provides a full range of legal services to his clients including alcoholic beverage regulatory compliance, assistance with the preparation and submission of applications to the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA), New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), and the Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Mr. Paleudis also represents his clients when they are issued liquor license violations, negotiates commercial leases and commercial contracts, and prepares partnership agreements and purchase and sale agreements.
