David M. Dahan

David Dahan is Of Counsel to Korngut Paleudis LLC. Mr. Dahan focuses his practice on all aspects of trademark, copyright, trade dress, trade secret, and internet law including counseling, litigation and licensing. For over 20 years, Mr. Dahan has represented a broad array of clients including large corporations, artists, designers and entrepreneurs in a wide range of services and goods including apparel, accessories, personal care products, dining, nightlife, mobile apps and games, foods, toys, watches, luxury goods, lingerie and intimate wear, handbags, retail, shoes and lifestyle brands as well as original works of art, photography and musical compositions.

Mr. Dahan provides a full range of services for the firm’s clientele including searching and clearance of trademarks, filing and prosecution of trademark applications, opinions regarding the availability and use of trademarked and copyrighted materials, and the drafting of licensing, coexistence and settlement agreements. In addition, Mr. Dahan has litigated numerous intellectual property matters including hearings, jury trials and appeals before the United States Federal District and Appellate Courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
